IN THE KITCHEN: VEGAN BLUEBERRY MUFFINS WITH CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

Over the weekend my good friends put together a nice get together brunch. I am a big fan of brunch, so I decided to make one of my favorite brunch items, blueberry muffins. They were a hit; I think I ate about 5, which is rare because I rarely eat what I bake. I especially love that I added cream cheese frosting; it’s was a nice touch.
