IN THE KITCHEN: KALE CHIPS

These are seriously the best thing ever. I love making kale chips, one they are healthy, two they are simple to make, and three they are so good. I can basically eat an entire punch of kale in one sitting. I like adding a little kick to these chips with a little cayenne pepper.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch kale
  • 1 tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line baking sheet with parchment paper

Wash kale, and pat dry. Remove the leaves from the thick stem with a knife, and cut them into bite size pieces. Drizzle the kale with olive oil, salt and cayenne.

Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges brown.
