IN THE KITCHEN: GARBANZO BEANS & GREENS

Keeping with last week’s theme cooking with what I find at the farmer’s market, I bring you this really healthy, easy and yummy dish. I love anything that gives me leftovers for a couple days; I believe this tastes even better the next day or two. I love anything with kale; it is such a great source of vitamins. Try it out, my only alteration was not using bacon, I didn’t want to add the unnecessary fat, so I just used coconut oil. I am sure this dish tastes even better with the bacon.
